Our design and processes result in higher prices and faster sales. Precise controls and standards also mean lower costs, therefore higher margins. Austin and the wider Central Texas area are our current focus, but we can pivot to anywhere in the country to seek out the finest opportunities, having previously traded in 12 cities across 9 states.
